Not knowing doesn’t just feel uncomfortable to me. It unsettles my nervous system. I used to think that meant I was rigid or overly logical. Now I understand that clarity is how I regulate, and why misalignment or unanswered questions create anxiety that looks like distance but is actually self-stabilization.
